Candice Chavez performs work on a variety of human resource consulting projects.

She is primary staff on salary and benefits surveys, particularly executive compensation, and her work includes collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting market data; preparing reports of project findings and conclusions; determining appropriate compensation markets; recommending classifications for job positions; and reviewing and developing job descriptions and human resources policies and procedures.

Ms. Chavez is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with Bachelor's degrees in English and Sociology and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
